Neapolitan variety of small and stubbornly storable tomatoes. Commonly used throughout the entirety of the winter, the fruit can be hung on trusses in a cool place and will see little degradation over the course of many months with some outliers lasting nearly a year. Culinary applications often involve sauce making or adding small amounts to composed dishes, always cooked to further intensify the flavor.
