This is a very old heirloom from Southwestern Texas that goes back to Thomas Jefferson days, who was the first to acquire the seeds. Dive into history with this one, and grow some of the most prolific peppers I've ever grown. Plant will be covered in tiny birds eye like pods that ripen to an orangey red. Great for mass processing and dehydrating for some fantastic powder. These take much longer to germinate than most other pepper seeds. Expect at least a month.
