The Rezha Macedonian pepper is a unique heirloom pepper that has been grown in Macedonia for over 100 years. The name "Rezha" translates to "engraved" and is named for the extreme corking on the peppers. The peppers have prominent tan lines all across the flesh called "corking". They have a unique smokey flavor.
