The more common red coloration of the most famous of Neapolitan storage varieties. Small, highly storable when hung by truss under the appropriate cool, dry conditions indoors. Most properly stored fruit will see little degradation over the course of many months with some outliers lasting nearly a year. Culinary applications often involve sauce making or adding small amounts to composed dishes, always cooked to further intensify the flavor.
