Heirloom pepper from Southern France. Beautiful large pods that have the typical bell pepper shape, but wrinklier. Pretty low heat on these.
 
The original Petit Marseillais ripens to yellow, but this one turned a bright red.  I received these seeds in a trade. After mentioning mine turned red, they thought it was a possible cross with a Melrose or Shepherd's Ramshorn growing next to their Petit Marseillais plant.
