Created by Khang Starr, a beloved gardener and pepper lover. It is a cross of a MOA Scotch Bonnet and Bahamian Goat. Beautiful yellow bonnet shaped pods with scorpion like tails. It has a citrusy sweetness with an incredible aroma that is delicious eaten fresh, very crisp texture and lends itself well to salsas, salads and quick pickles. Makes very good hot sauces, powder and flakes. The plants are very prolific and produce several dozen pods while reaching at least 3' in height. The heat level is guesstimated at around 200,000 scovilles. Highly regarded pepper across the globe!
