Hangjiao #8 is very similar in shape and size to the Hangjiao 7 but it tends to be bigger, a bit more curled/twisted, and not quite as sweet. A traditional "hot pepper" flavor is a perfect match to countless dishes. The plants get absolutely loaded with these long fruit, 15-18 inch long peppers are not uncommon with HJ8!
