The smallest and the hottest of the 10 Hangjiao peppers that were originally bred in China after sending seeds into orbit to expose them to radiation and promote mutations for larger fruit, more fruit, and higher vitamin concentrations. These are similar to cayenne with their long thin shape and sharp burn. Approximately 30,000 SHU these are great for cooking and drying. The plant is very prolific so you will have a large harvest!
