A cross between a hybrid Jalapeno and Sweet Banana created by Kevin Bane. Twisty pods have that classic Banana profile and ripen to a rich chocolate brown. These have a sweet smoky flavor profile that is quite a bit hotter than a regular jalapeno. The naturally smoky flavor make these an ideal pepper to turn into powder.
