This pepper is visually striking with its shape and larger size and it has a deep, warm yellow hue. Considered to be a lower heat pepper at 5,000 scovilles making it a very manageable for many. Slight sweetness and a somewhat tropical taste makes it useful as a fresh ingredient in cooking, would be very useful for lower heat sauces and powders too.
