Heirloom from a mountain in Argentina. Large long pods that can grow up to a foot each. Staking these medium sized plants is recommended, as the fruits will weigh it down. Delightfully sweet, these ripen from light green to orange to red, and can be used for everyday cooking. Fantastic in stir fries or roasting.
