Absolutely delicious and crunchy baccatum. Peppers are thick/long and ripen to a beautiful bright red. This is such an underrated pepper - it is very similar to the Brazilian Starfish in flavor/crunchiness but a MUCH better shape for cooking and using for everything. Zero zero zero heat, can be snacked on or thrown into sauces for some great sweet fruity flavor. Don't be fooled by the plain name, this pepper is awesome!
