Aji Panca is a very cool South American pepper that is typically classified as a capsicum chinense due to its flower type, but the fruit and flavors are so similar to baccatum it is often confused! Fruits grow to a few inches long and are brown with a decently bumpy skin. Very nice sweet, fruit forward taste with medium to hot heat levels.
